The videos curated here were taken during a five day workshop on Democracy and Social Justice that was conducted jointly by Aman Biradari and Mazdoor Kisaan Shakti Sangathan. The workshop was attended by workers from different contexts.
With a focus on the principles of democracy, secularism and social justice, the videos in this collection strive to promote deep understanding of issues like caste, urban poverty, rights-based legislations, communalism and secularism. Not only do the videos include talks by resource people, but they also include narratives and stories of workers who have lived in and survived adverse conditions.
